Welcome to Daily Podium! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daily Podium mobile application and services provided by JungleZip ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Health Disclaimer

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this Service.
Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks related to your physical activities. JungleZip is not responsible for any injuries, health problems, or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

3. Service Description

Daily Podium provides a platform to sync fitness data from smartwatches and health apps, display rankings based on age and location, and host competitive fitness events. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. User Conduct & Fair Play

To maintain a fair competitive environment, you agree not to:

Manually manipulate or forge fitness data (GPS, heart rate, steps, etc.).
Use automated bots or scripts to interfere with the ranking system.
Post offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content in event descriptions or nicknames.
Impersonate others or provide false age or location information.

5. Data Syncing & Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on integration with third-party platforms including Apple HealthKit and Google Fit. We are not responsible for data inaccuracies, delays, or failures caused by these third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-generated nicknames) are the exclusive property of JungleZip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities that harm the integrity of the ranking system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JungleZip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
